Default formula for colour

Hi Zafar,

glad the last suggestion worked for you.

As regards the colouring of cells, highlight all the cells and click
the colour icon to select Blue. Then use Format | Cells | Number (tab)
and select Custom at the bottom of the list. In the panel under Type
enter this:

0;[Red]-0

and click OK. This will give you blue numbers if they are +ve and red
numbers if they are -ve.
