Default why can I move a file with my mouse and not my coworkers?

Don't forget you if you just drag a file from one folder top another
it only *Moves* the file if it is the same device
Otherwise it makes a copy.

I always drag with the right mouse button
When you drop the file, it then asks you copy, move or shortcut ?
Safer that way.

That might help, I've been looking all over excel help for an answer and
couldn't find one! I'll look into windows settings. Thanks! Susan

They probably have some setting in Windows selected that you don't. Not
really an Excel question....

My coworkers are doing the same as I am by clicking on a file in a

folder and
moving it to another folder. When I do it, it moves the file

What are
they doing different? I can't see any difference and how we are

moving them,
is there a setting that needs to be changed somewhere? Thanks
