Close Excel and
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /unregserver
then
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /regserver



Unfortuantely, that didn't work. I guess it's a case of reinstalling
Excel then... I can't use the open workbook thing from within Excel
because of our document management system, which is a bit of a pain.
