Default Excel should warn about commas when saving .csv files.

Using Excel 2003 or previous version.

When a worksheet with any number of cells containing numbers and/or text
including the comma ',' character is saved as a *.csv (Comma Delimited file),
there should be a warning or alert notifying the user.

This alert should give the choice of continuing to save the file, or going
back and removing the commas or replacing them with a different character.
This alert should give a brief description of the consequences of keeping
the commas (ie. they will be interpreted as an extra field when the file is
reopened.)
