Excel file opens but no worksheets visible

Interestingly enough, if I go into WORD and force this Excel file open with
Word... I can see the data as it is able to convert it. Is there any reason
for this behavior that would cause a 1.5mb file not to be able to be opened
in Excel? HELP!!!
