I would assume that it might be 'Data'....'Group'....'Group/outline'

I found that function pretty cool, but I cannot find out how to create
it. Anyone has a hint?

As you can see my Excel unfortunately is my national language version
(I wonder why anyone seriously can even think of translating a
spreadsheet program, and if you could see and evaluate the result you
would wonder as well), but if you just give med the name of the
instructions in english I will then be able to find it anyway.
