Default clear row when "yes" is selected

I've never used tables before but I think you could use the following
formula:

=IF(A1="NO"," ",A1)

A1 would be the cell in your table. If A1 is set as NO the cell your
formula is in will be blank. If A1 has any value other than NO the cell
with the formula in it will show the same value as the cell in your
table.
