I am trying to set the default # of worksheets for a workbook.

The setting in Tool Options is totally ignored when I make the change in
this dialog box.

I have to modify the # of sheets in \XLStart\Book.xlt in order for it to work.

Why does Tools Options not work?

What is the relationship b/w Tools Options & Book.xlt - do the settings
normally change the template.
