Dear Kollin,

It is a macro virus. You can disable the macros by using
Tools-Macros-Security and click on High. Then excel will ask whether to run
the macro or disable. Select not to run.

OR

You can search for "Personal.xls" file in you Hard disk and delete it. It
might contain the macro virus.

OR

Install a latest antivirus and scan all files.
