To turn off Compatibility Mode in Excel 2007, follow these steps:

1. Open your Excel workbook.
2. Click on the "Office" button in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click on the "Excel Options" button at the bottom of the menu.
4. In the left-hand menu, click on "Advanced".
5. Scroll down to the "Compatibility options for" section.
