Assume Range A1:B15

The Function to calculate number of cells containing all types of errors:
€¢ {=SUM(IF(ISERROR(A1:B15),1))}

The Function to calculate number of cells containing error type #N/A:
€¢ {=SUM(IF(ISNA(A1:B15),1))}
