I have a spreadsheet that I would like to copy and paste some date
into a Lotus Notes Email page and send automatically - by hitting a
control buttonn in the excel sheet.

This would include populating the address and subject as well as the
data

Anyone have any experiance with this? Using Lotus Notes - not
Outlook
