Default using lotus notes

I have a spreadsheet that I would like to copy and paste some date
into a Lotus Notes Email page and send automatically - by hitting a
control buttonn in the excel sheet.

This would include populating the address and subject as well as the
data

Anyone have any experiance with this? Using Lotus Notes - not
Outlook

Thanks in advance.

I need to send an e-mail content from EXCEL through Lotus Notes.
However, instead of creating a new e-mail message, it should be
forwarding a message with some additional data in the body. This data
would come from a range selection in EXCEL.
