Interesting idea, and whilst I can see that the original was pretty rough,
but mint green as an alternative! I am no style expert, but it doesn't look
very appealing to me, but I take the overall points. One problem that you
have shown here is the inability to change the multipage tab colour. When
you change the page colour, you are left with the grey tabs - not good.
Also, I like to keep my borders as small as possible, to keep the form as
small as possible.
