Default Create mirror workbook???

Kstalker Wrote:
This is a very ambiguous question as I am unsure if what I am asking i
at all possible, and struggle to even begin on how to search for it...

I have a very large WB that has multiple sheets with variou
calculations and individuals updating it on a daily basis.

All this informatio is then consolidated into one worksheet whic
presents a variety of information using calculations, conditiona
formatting, and graphs. When the daily update is complete the audienc
is notified that the daily figures are ready to view.

This consolidation sheet is the only sheet viewed by the audience so
want to drop the size of the WB by making this sheet the only availabl
piece of the workbook.

Is it possible to split parts of a WB after the daily update into
smaller file for general viewing which includes all formatting, graphs
etc

Any help greatly appreciated

Kristan

Hi Kristan

Right click the sheet tab of the sheet you want to isolate, click Mov
or Copy, check the create a copy box, and in To book select new book
click OK, save the file with a different name

This will create a copy of the worksheet in a new workbook, the dat
should automatically update if the worksheet in the original workboo
is updated with links from the other worksheets, as the links wil
transfer with the copy proces
