want to drop the size of the WB by making this sheet the only availabl

Is it possible to split parts of a WB after the daily update into
smaller file for general viewing which includes all formatting, graphs
etc

Hi Kristan

Right click the sheet tab of the sheet you want to isolate, click Mov
or Copy, check the create a copy box, and in To book select new book
click OK, save the file with a different name

This will create a copy of the worksheet in a new workbook, the dat
should automatically update if the worksheet in the original workboo
is updated with links from the other worksheets, as the links wil
transfer with the copy proces
