Default tough date macro....help needed....

hello there ...
i need some help from some of the expert excel vba guys out there ...
in column A ...from cell A1...i have 5 stock names....

A
B
C
D
E

in column B i have allocations in %....say 15%....for the 5
stocks...each,.....so now...total alloc....is 75%....the remainng is
kept as cash ...in cell A6...ie 25%.....
as total has to be 100%..
now in column C ...i have call back dates.....
31st oct 2005
15th aug 2005
30th june 2005
31st oct 2005
31st dec 2005.....

now in column D i have notice periods......
15 days...
30 days...
45 days
30 days...
15 days....

now ...what i want to do thru the macro is as follows :

in cell H1 ...i have todays date = today()...
and cash as of now is 25%....
i want the macro to find out the first earliest call back date....and
then
redeem the corr stock.....taking into consideration the notice
period.....state the notice period....in column E ....and then
allocate that amount from column B....to cash....

so in the above ex....
IT is stock C....
with alloc....15%..
and notice period....45 days....
so.....if call back date....is 30 june......
15 april.....stock C shud be called back.....as notice period is 45
days...
and that 15 % ....shud be ...now added to cash......ie 25% + 15 % =
40%.....

then the macro shud go n find the 2nd stock...3rd stock......4th stock
and so on......

pls help me in this...as i am in gr8 need of such a tool....
ur help wlll be greatly appreciated...

thanks
