Default How would I set up a Genealogy tree?

I'd suggest exactly the same thing. You can get some genealogy programs at
very cheap prices, and they will likely do the job far far better than
Excel.

Kym,

I would suggest you think about buying a proper genealogy program for this
purpose. The best I have been able to locate is called "The Master
Genealogist". It was recently released in version 6.

Excel is not really designed to hold this kind of data and I think you

will
find that in time you will want to add additional bits of information

(such
as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) and you will quickly out grow Excel's
capabilities for such a project.

Maybe someone else will post another suggestion. I hope this helps you

out.
