A1 = 11:00 PM
B1 = 2:00 AM

If you want the returned value displayed like - 3:00 - format the cell as
h:mm and use this formula:

=B1-A1+(B1<A1)

If you want the returned value displayed as a decimal - 3 - then use this
formula:

=(B1-A1+(B1<A1))*24

...I need to calculate overtime hours....
