Default I click one cell in excel and it highlights a different cell.,

When I click a cell in excel, it highlights a different cell about 20 cells up and 5 cells over. It wont let me work on what I want to work on. What have I done and how can I fix it, Please someone, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Gracias all,
