when i pick a cell, it picks cells below also, how do i stop this
I'm using excel 2007
When I pick a cell in my work sheet, it selects 1-4 cells below also. how do I stop this, it is not merging them and what I enter does not show in each cell, but is does change some existing contents in the selected cells??? |

Do you see 'Extend Selection' on the status bar at the bottom?

Change your Zoom setting up or down a % or two.
