Default Links within Excel does not work after converting into PDF file

Is there a way to keep hyperlinks after converting to pdf
I have an Excel file with several sheets and links between the sheet (cells)
to jump from one sheet to anothe (references).
After saving it as PDF the links show up blue but they don't work.

Is there a way to convert these links so they work in the PDF file so the
reader can jump to references.

Nope - only if you have a pdf writer like adobe professional where you can
add links and attachements.
