Default pivot table sort by value

Hello,

This is a problem with sorting a pivot table in Excel 2007.

For my values I have selected the value field settings:
*Summarize value field by: Count
*Show values as: % of row

So the displayed values are '% of row' based on the underlying 'Count'
values which are not displayed.

When I try to sort the pivot table by these displayed '% of row' values it
sorts by un-displayed 'Count' instead. This is despite the fact that the
Summary section at the bottom of the sort dialog box suggests that it will
sort the list by the displayed '% of row' values.

Seems to me to be a bug. Does anyone know a workaround if so, or what I am
doing wrong if it is not a bug?

many thanks

Vin

PS - I already posted this in Excel section, but it doesn't seem to show up
when one browses to the excel message board top level. So thats why I
re-posted here in the excel-general section.
