MERGING CELLS WITHOUT LOOSING DATA IN THE SECOND CELL
I would do it to addind one column, then concatenate cells, regarding what
for and how this information is used normally. Possibly I would then copy - paste special - values depending use after. Complicated I know but I don't know other way. Why do you want to merge them? Firstly, please get your Caps Lock key repaired and stop SHOUTING
Secondly, please don't merge cells, as merged cells cause many problems (which you will see described in the archives of this group). Thirdly, if you want to combine data, perhaps you want the CONCATENATE function or the & operator? -- David Biddulph "kalyan" wrote in message ...
