I would do it to addind one column, then concatenate cells, regarding what
for and how this information is used normally. Possibly I would then copy - paste special - values depending use after. Complicated I know but I don't know other way. Why do you want to merge them? Secondly, please don't merge cells, as merged cells cause many problems (which you will see described in the archives of this group).
