excel queries dsn
Hi -
I'm using Excel 2003. Many of my workbooks have pivot tables based on external data, and I need to find out which dsn was used when those pivots were built. I've used the pivot table wizard and looked at the query in ms query, but haven't been able to find the dsn name. Suggestions? Thanks, gt |

Thanks for the post, Don.
I've used the back button and the getData button to access the query in ms query, but there's no reference to range - the data is external (in an Access db), and I need to know which dsn was used to create the queries. cheers, gt "Don" wrote: it should tell you in the wizard if you use the " back ".
