Default Vlookup help needed

I am trying to create a vlookup to place a part number in 'Sheet1!DU16' and
the size in 'Sheet1!DW16'. The lookup value is based on 'Sheet1!Q16' (which
is weight btw). I'm not getting the correct information from the lookup.
Here is the formula in DU16: =VLOOKUP(Q16,'Friction Hinge
Data'!A2:I8,3,TRUE). I would like the part number to appear that is closest
in weight. The weight is calculated by W (Width) and H (Height).

Here is a part of the table from 'Friction Hinge Data!'

SIZE TRUTH PN W H
Weight
10 E14.60.00.005/6 NO STOPS 18 38 29
10 W14.60.00.001/2 NO STOPS 28 56 54
10 W 14.60.00.001/2 - 33047/8 36 66 82
10 E 14.60.00.005/6 SQUARE STOP 33045 36 72 90
14 W14.61.00.005/6 NO STOPS 26 54 47
14 W14.61.00.005/6 SQUARE STOP 33045 38 76 100

Problems encountered thus far are a result of #N/A, and if it does give me a
part number, it is not the correct part # per the weight criteria.

Anyone see what I'm doing wrong??

"Weight" should be the column header for the last column. Also, I forgot to
mention Excel 2007. TIA!
