Default How to give back a value, based in another table?

Hi there.
I have this information:
Level Date Month
1 12 1
2 15 2
3 9 4

I need to put, in another cell, the values of date and month, but only if in
this sheet I´d put the specific value of level. For exemple, I put level 2,
and then I need to receive the values of Date and Month of the same row, but
they need to be summed with another value, say, from a cell in this sheet.
I don´t know if I made myself clear, but I hope someone understands, and
help me with this question.
