archive worksheets in workbook

how can i archive worksheets within a workbook without starting a new workbook?

Maybe you can just lock all the cells on the worksheet and protect the
worksheet.

If you have formulas that you want never to be re-evaluated, you'll want to
convert them to values, too.

select the range
edit|copy
edit|paste special|values

But I really don't know what archive means.

hi, thanks for your reply, i would like to put these worksheets aside somehow
within the same workbook or start another workbook and archive them. I do
not know what is the best solution

I'd just save that workbook with a new name:
MyArchivedWorkbook.xls

And never touch it again.

Just keep using the original workbook.
