Default Macros Shortcut keys

Users is on XP SP2 using office 2000 which was recently installed on her pc.
She previously used 2003 through terminal services and the macro shortcuts
ran fine. Now that she is using the 2000 on her local machine the shortcuts
no longer work. The macros run fine going in through the menu and hitting
run. If you go in and look at the macro you can see where the shortcut keys
are saved. Do the keystrokes need to be recorded on her local machine? Any
suggestions?

Don't trust that the comment lines within the macro are correct or current.
Instead in the spreadsheet, pull-down:

Tools Macro Macros
then select the macro in question and click Options...
This will display the currect shortcut status.
