Default Is there a way to exclude hidden rows/columns when printing a doc

I have some large Excel files that I have hidden rows and columns in. When I
go to print, I will get blank spaces where the rows/columns have been hidden.
Is there a way to print Excel files WYSIWYG?

You should not get blank spaces where rows or columns have been hidden
(using Format | Columns | Hide and Format | Rows | Hide). If you have
attempted to hide them by adjusting the column width or the row height,
then you might get this effect if you have not set them fully to zero.

Hope this helps.

Hi Jeanette,
I don't see how that is possible hidden rows have zero height,
and hidden columns have zero width.

Perhaps the data in one of your cells is longer than the adjacent columns
and the empty space looks like an empty column, but check all the way up and
all the way down to see if it really is an empty column.

Print gridlines or borders so you can see easier what you do have

I think this question must have also been asked in another newsgroup, where
Bob Umlas suggested that the hidden rows may not have been hidden with a
format , row/column, hide which provides a zero height but instead had been
reduced to a near zero dimension and could be manually corrected.
i.e. if row 14 is hidden select 13:15 in the name box and adjust the width
manually.
