Default How can I change the color palette under Cell Shading?

Dear all,

I have recently downloaded some templates from MS website and I noticed some
differences in the color palette for Cell Shading. (FORMAT
CELLS-PATTERNS-COLOR).

Now, the funny thing is I could change my cells to the new color when the
template is loaded. However, when the template is closed, all my existing
spreadsheet will display the default color.

How could I load this new palette to my existing MS Excel? Please advice.

Thanks in advance.

Brid.

Delete all the cells and formatting in the template you have and then
save it as a new template Book.xlt in the XLSTART folder.

Hope this helps.

Pete
