Excel does not provide for this you can use a macro, or you can use MS Word,
both are described in SNAKECOLS, How to snake columns to use fewer pages http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/snakecol.htm --- HTH, David McRitchie, Microsoft MVP - Excel [site changed Nov. 2001] My Excel Pages: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm Search Page: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/search.htm "chineshg" wrote in message ...
