Why when I got to Insert, Symbol in Excel is the list of fonts not as
complete as the list when I go to Insert, Symbol in Word? Doesn't the font
list pull from the same location? Do I have to set something up in Excel?

Hi Erika,
You really should indicate what version of Excel when you ask this type of question.
Excel 2002 has Insert, Symbol

Chip Pearson has Symbolizer (addin) at his site

I have a font list on a webpage similar to what you could generate in Excel
for me it is easier to look at a web page.

I actually usually use the CharMap which is installed on a menu
