Default how can i move the starting point for the numbers numbers down.

i want to insert some titles at the top of the page in microsoft excel with
the no.1 starting below the titles

Gold9er, no, but you could put your own numbers in column A, and if you want
to hide excel's tools, options, view, uncheck row and column headers
