Default Excel Missing Function

I am having a problem locating the "Networkdays" function in my installation
of Excel 2003. Is there some type of add on pack that needs to be installed?

Thanks For Your Help

You need to install the Analysis Toolpak.

Go to ToolsAddins... and select the Analysis Toolpak item.
