Default No XML in the Data menu

Why I cannot find the entry XML in the Data menu of my Excel 2003?

The XML feature is only available in the Excel Professional version. There is
information on the Microsoft web site:

Did you eer get this resolved? I have the same problem and I'm under the
impression that importing of XML data _is_ an available option in standard
Excel 2003 / Office 2003.
