Your urgency prevented you from asking a question.

Re-post with a description of your problem.

What you write in the subject helps to categorize your question,
but it is no substitute for asking the question. When it comes to answering
the question the subject is generally ignored. Words like Excel and urgent
are rather meaningless in a subject. About the only thing that really gets
attention is homework (= ignore).

Please don't write like an old telegrams. We don't really care if it is for
work -- all that means is that you are getting paid to do a job.

Gridlines help you see where you are at in the display, If you really
want borders then you should use borders.. Internal color (pattern color)
wipes out gridlines but has no effect on borders.

Display of gridlines: File, Page Setup, Sheet , Gridlines (checked)
Printing of gridlines: Tools, Options, View, Gridlines (checked), color: automatic
Borders is toolbar icon or in Format, cells, borders (based on selection of cells)

Gridlines and Borders

Excel has only one "L"
