Default what's this error

Hi All,

I was able to add 'Microsoft Common Dialog Control' from the Additional
Controls under Toolbox menu in VBA, it is OK in terms of add this control,
but when I was trying to use the Common dialog control, there is an error
saying' the control could not be created because it is not properly licensed'.

Anyone could help me on this? THx!
