I have a huge data base in Access, and need to transfer to an Excel pivot table.
Dates have been formatted in Access as Dates, DDMMYYY, resetting to Text, the date remains in the same order DDMMYY, but any subsequent sorting results in the database being sorted in numerical order when transferred to Excel. Is there any way of adjusting access so that dates remain as dates when transferred between both programmes. thanks for listening. Peter |
