Default access to a workbook per userlevel

Hi, wondering if its possible to set a "SHARED" workbook file and have users
access the file according to their user name. for example once the workbook
will open it prompts for a user name and password if username is equal to
"guest" he can only modify col C and D, if the username is equal to
"administrator" he can modify all the fields in the file/do whatever changes
he wants.
