Default Excel Layout two different input tables on same page

I need to have two different input tables on the same page and each has
different size colums. How do I resize columns on the bottom half of my page
without resizing the top ones that I have set already?

Since you cannot do that, how about moving the bottom table to the right of
the upper table?
