formatting functions not working
i have an employee that just had excel 2003 reloaded on her pc. she can't
change font size, color, shade rows, etc... is there a configuration change needed? i don't know how to fix this |

All workbooks previously saved and/or new only?
All worksheets in all workbooks as above? Sounds like sheet protection to me. What does "etc." encompass?
