Default excel changes the word true to capital letter

Excel HELP explains that entering TRUE in a cell is equivalent to using the TRUE() function. Excel always changes keywords to
capitals, so it does that for true as well.
If you need just the word true in a cell, precede it by a apostrophe; that will not show in the cell. Or precede by a space, or
format the cell as text before entering the word.
