Hello asd,

If you account has been create after February 2005, you need to registre to
an Hotmail plus account to have access to this option (see
http://get.live.com/mailplus/features).

In this case, use the wizard of Outlook to add your email address in it.

NB: If you do not have the correct account, the eror message of outlook
should be something like:
