How do you display tabs on two rows?
In excel, how do you display the sheet tabs on more than one row?

Excel doesn't allow you to do this.

How do you display tabs on two rows?
You don't.
You can right-click on the sheet navigation arrows and select from 15 sheets or "more sheets".
