when I click on page setup a pop up window says that no printer is installed.
I don't want to install a printer. How do I override that?

You don't.

Either don't click on the page setup.

Or install a printer driver for a printer that doesn't exist.

You cannot overide it.

You must have a printer driver installed.

You do not actually need a physical printer, just a driver under
StartSettingsPrinters and Faxes.
