Default Help wants to install "Front Page"

Is this the right room for an argument?

Yes precisely (I feel like I'm in a comedy sketch ;-))

Glad it all works

I suspect some help files are missing. The message you get is NOT trying
to install FrontPage, the original installation was done with a CD with
the Microsoft Office Professional with Frontpage program on it. In other
words, this is the version you have and it is just trying to install the
missing components you are asking for. Insert the disk and all should be
well
