Pictures pasted into the header and footer areas on the setup page appear to
be cropped and sized arbitrarily. Is there a certain maximum width and
height, which is predefined somewhere outside the setup dialog?
Another issue I wonder about -- the picture property dialog box allows to
access the compression settings, and one of the default settings is
Resolution 200dpi. Whenever I try to change this to no change, it will be set
back to 200dpi automatically. Anybody a clue why?
