Default Stop Excel from converting integers into decimals?

Excel has suddenly begun converting all numerical entries to 2 decimal place
numbers. Example 123 -1.23 In order to get 123 one must entr "123." or
12300" This seems to be stuck in some accounting or business formatting. It
just started and I can't change it. Any help?
