Protecting the workbook does not disallow making changes to the sheets other
than disallowing sheet deletion or window re-sizing and structural changes. To disallow changing values in cells, formatting, inserting rows and columns, sorting, filtering and other stuff she must protect the worksheet. Is that what she means? Each sheet gets protected one at a time under ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet. You cannot protect multiple sheets at once without using VBA code.
